Training!

Last night my friends and I went for dinner to Amore restuarant. It was a nice Italian restuarant on Yonge street close to Eglinton and afterwards to a nearby cafe for something to drink for my friend's birthday party.

It was about two month since the last time we had a time to chat and it was great being with each other. Specially I wanted to know how my other friend's wedding went as I missed it while I was on vacation! When I listen to other people speak about weddings I think about my wedding and the things we did and it always bring smile to my face.

Today was my first day of coaching and skill developing training at hotel in Toronto. Several supervisors and I went through some interesting concepts and had to do some role plays and listen to the observers for feed back on how we treated the situation.

I enjoyed the class but what I didn't appreciate were the supervisors on my table. All of them had been in their role for less than a year. However, they acted as little school children in the classroom. I found them disrespectful, know it all and arrogant people. I am writing these so when I finish with my training and I look back at my diaries and remember who I was before going into it and make sure that I don't become like them. I am writing this so I remember how I disturbed I was by their behaviour and that I should never act like this.
